Arts Section Chronology and Notable Dates — Your Input Welcome

To commemorate our 50th Anniversary, Arts Section member Stephen Patrick has created a Section Chronology, documenting our history from the first work toward its creation in 1958 until, well, next week.  This is a work in progress: if you notice anything that needs to be corrected or realize that something’s missing that shouldn’t be, please post your comment here and help make this as complete a history as we can make it.
